Here's an update to my previous post and a quick sketch thing for the sketch wall, this week it was Michael Moore.

Senior studio B

Here's my first piece for senior studio B, It started as a small sketch then i was going to oil paint it but started to mess around in photoshop a little bit before i started painting and got really carried away with it. It evolved into more of a cover and i'm interested in maybe making it into a short comic of some sorts. The idea behind the piece was to have a prisoner working the fields who has been chained by the thoughts of his decision for the rest of his life. I used the "party store" in the background to add more to the story, which was where he had murdered the man laying at the top of the image. 11x15 Photoshop

Here's a couple of oil paints (the first was for fun and the second was my first shot at a still life) and a WIP for my senior studio which will be finished by Thursday.

The beggining of the end

There's a lot of stuff going on right now, here's a group of sketches. The top one is for a piece i have to get done by this Thursday and the rest are just bunches'o'fun. I'll be updating later this week with some paintings as well.
